Rapat Kerja DNK TV: Inovasi Departemen dan Program

Lembaga Penyiaran Komunitas (LPK) Dakwah dan Komunikasi Televisi (DNK TV) UIN Jakarta melaksanakan Rapat Kerja Pengurus DNK TV Masa Bakti 2022 pada Rabu, (16/02) secara hybrid di Studio lantai 3 Fakultas Dakwah dan Ilmu Komunikasi (Fdikom) UIN Jakarta.
Rapat Kerja yang dihadiri oleh para anggota DNK TV ini merupakan agenda tahunan DNK TV dengan membahas program kerja tiap departemen untuk satu tahun periode kepengurusan.
Rapat Kerja terdiri dari tiga sidang antara lain sidang pleno, sidang komisi, dan sidang paripurna untuk merumuskan dan menetapkan jalannya rapat kerja.
Mengenai hal ini, Station Manager DNK TV, Muhammad Fahrurrozi mengungkapkan urgensi pelaksanaan rapat kerja adalah untuk mengonktretkan dan mengatur program kerja maupun kegiatan DNK TV.
“Urgensi (rapat kerja pengurus DNK TV masa bakti 2022) adalah untuk mengonkritkan dan mengatur event, produksi, dan semua yang berkaitan dengan program kerja maupun kegiatan DNK TV agar terstruktur,” ungkapnya.
Dalam rapat kerja ini juga turut dibacakan inovasi rencana program kerja yang akan dijalankan pada setiap departemen, seperti Station Manager yang berencana membuat film dokumenter sebagai karya tahunan DNK TV.
Selain itu, Human Capital Department yang pada tahun sebelumnya bernama Research and Development berencana membuat laporan data terpadu anggota secara kuantitas dan kualitas sumber daya manusia DNK TV.
Tak hanya itu, kepengurusan tahun ini juga menghadirkan departemen baru. Jika sebelumnya divisi Digital Department bagian dari Post Production Department, kini bergabung dengan divisi baru Digital Content Strategist di bawah department baru, Social Media Specialist. Departemen ini akan fokus untuk memaksimalkan sosial media DNK TV.
Rozi menambahkan, melalui rapat kerja kali ini DNK TV berinovasi untuk dapat lebih mengoptimalkan mentalitas tiap anggotanya.
“Inovasi terbaru dalam rapat kerja ini lebih mengembangkan mentalitas teman-teman agar lebih semangat bekerja, berkarya, dan mengembangkan bakat masing-masing,” tambahnya.
Ia berharap program kerja yang disepakati dalam rapat kerja ini dapat dijalankan dan dioptimalkan sesuai prosedur yang ada.
