Bakti Sosial Fdikom 2022: Persiapan hingga Rekrut Panitia

Dewan Eksekutif Mahasiswa Fakultas Dakwah dan Ilmu Komunikasi (DEMA Fdikom) UIN Jakarta membuka pendaftaran kepanitiaan kegiatan Bakti Sosial (Baksos) Fdikom mulai tanggal 27-31 Desember 2021.
Adapun syarat ketentuan bagi mahasiswa Fdikom yang ingin mendaftarkan diri yaitu mahasiswa aktif Fdikom semester tiga, mengisi formulir pendaftaran, siap jiwa dan raga menyukseskan kegiatan Baksos Fdikom 2022, memiliki komitmen, siap bekerja dalam tim, dan sudah melakukan vaksinasi.
Adapun kegiatan baksos terakhir dilaksanakan di tahun 2020 pada bulan Februari bertempat di Dukuh Sawangan, Desa Sikedong, Kec. Bumi Jawa, Tegal, Jawa Tengah. Rencananya, baksos akan kembali digelae pada bulan Februari 2022 mendatang.
Dalam melakukan persiapan kegiatan, Ketua DEMA Fdikom Aji Juasal Mahendra menjelaskan persiapan yang dimulai dari pembentukan Steering Committee (SC).
“Untuk persiapan yaitu membentuk tim SC dan setelah SC rapi, dilanjutkan penyusunan Organization Committee (OC). Di internal SC sendiri sedang menyusun timeline kegiatan, menyiapkan hal-hal administrasi seperti surat menyurat dalam hal perizinan, menyusun proposal dan sedang list audiensi ke beberapa kementerian, lembaga swasta maupun negeri,” ujar Aji.
Ketua SC Baksos Fdikom 2022 menambahkan sebelum pendaftaran kepanitiaan dibuka, pihaknya lebih dulu melakukan sosialisasi.
“Untuk persiapan kegiatan pertama kita melakukan sosialisasi terkait dengan kegiatan baksos. Seperti apa saja kegiatan yang ada di baksos, berapa hari pelaksanaannya dan juga tupoksi dari kepanitiaan baksos,” ujar Farhan.

Farhan menyebutkan orang-orang yang akan dilibatkan dalam kegiatan Baksos Fdikom 2022 di antaranya ialah pengurus DEMA Fdikom, mahasiswa/I angkatan 2019 sebagai SC, angkatan 2020 sebagai OC, dan angkatan 2021 sebagai volunteer.
“Insya Allah kegiatan Baksos Fdikom 2022 akan dilaksanakan pada 7-21 Februari 2022, mudah-mudahan kegiatan dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan tujuan kita tercapai.” jelas Farhan.
Baksos Fdikom 2022 sendiri merupakan kegiatan rutin yang diadakan setiap tahunnya dan bertujuan untuk mengaplikasikan keilmuan yang sudah dipelajari di perkuliahan dan merupakan bentuk pengabdian diri kepada masyarakat yang merupakan salah satu bagian dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi.
